				<title>Brox's 100gal Reef</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Aceasta este versiunea 4.0 a bazinului, mai mic, mai compact.<br /> <br /> Numele vine de la apa de osmoza care a intrat in display si sump, 380 litri.<br /> <br /> In 11.11.2013 am pornit ciclarea cu apa dulce, de osmoza + bacteri de la prodibio. Dupa ce am considerat ca s-a terminat ciclarea, am aruncat toata apa si am pornit cu sarat (sare red sea coral pro), astfel in 25.01.2014 am introdus primele bacteri din programul seachem stability. <br /> <br /> Display 110x60x50 sticla de 10mm, coloana de apa 43 cm - 7 cm rezerva pentru valuri, 15 l nisip de 0.8-1.2mm, 17kg piatra uscata.<br /> -spatele bazinului cu 3 flanse, 90% din apa coboara print-o teava de pvc full sifon de 16mm, iar restul de apa prin aceste flanse.<br /> [img]http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/h329/broxlin/Acvariu%20Mobil/Acvariu/spate_zps60efd8ba.jpg[/img]<br /> -suportul; intre sump si display am un raft pentru apa de osmoza, aparatura si proiectorul pentru alge.<br /> [img]http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/h329/broxlin/Acvariu%20Mobil/Acvariu/suport_zps2c6841bd.jpg[/img]<br /> -sump-ul 100x55x45 sticla de 6mm(fund de 8mm), vazut de sus<br /> [img]http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/h329/broxlin/Acvariu%20Mobil/Acvariu/sumpsus_zps6f72d93e.jpg[/img]<br /> desfasurat, apa coboara pe burete(se spala prin rotatie si se schimba la 3 zile), trece in camera skimmer-ului pe jos, apoi trece pe sus in camera de antifos, carbune,purigen, etc si apoi ajunge la pompa pe jos. De aici alta pompa baga apa in camera din stanga , trece prin spartura de coral (34litri 3-5 mm, 7litrii 1-3 mm) si ajunge la alge, ulterior la pompa.<br /> [img]http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/h329/broxlin/Acvariu%20Mobil/Acvariu/sumpflow_zpsfbc1d2e7.jpg[/img]<br /> <br /> Aparatura:<br /> -regulator de tensiune cu servomotor 1200W<br /> -pompa de retur octopus 3000- se va schimba cu New Jet NJ 8000 (8000l/h). - astfel pot alimenta de la o pompa tot: display, alge, reactoare....<br /> -skimmer ati 250is<br /> -pompa de valuri wp40 (jebao)<br /> -reactor de calciu, kr400, modificat (scoase sertarele, facuta din plexi sita jos si sus) si va functiona cu biopeleti <br /> -lumina in lucru, 3x2 drosere t5ho pentru tuburi ati de 39v + o bara de leduri 3W, dimabila de arduino aprox 100W cu moonlight.<br /> <br /> Dupa ce nu mai am no2 si nh3/4 voi pune phosguard si voi pornii sistemul cu alge.<br /> Dupa ce nu mai am no3 si po4 voi pornii lapa cu t5-uri....2 tuburi 2 ore pe zi si voi creste treptat si in timp si in tuburi sa ajung in 6 luni la 100%<br /> <br /> Urmaresc sa tin SPS si pesti.<br /> Pentru orice, fie coral die peste, se va face carantina 30 de zile.<br /> Am facut 2 bazine cu sump-uri separate, unu pentru corali si unu pentru pesti de 100l.<br /> Promit sa pun maine cateva poze.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Salut Brox, eu am folosit programul de la Seachem, a functionat foarte bine la mine. Eu am dozat doar in prima saptamana, iar nitratii au aparut cam dupa 1 luna si au urcat pana la 10-20 (pe testul API). De atunci nu am mai dozat, iar nitratii stau in jurul valorii de 10. Recomandarea mea e sa nu mai adaugi deloc si sa lasi populatia de bacterii sa se dezvolte pe lumina stinsa.<br /> Bafta]]></description>

In apa dulce bacteriile se dezvolta mai repede si oxigenul ajuta enorm de mult.<br /> Nu ma deranjeaza daca au murit din bacterii si au ramas cele comune, oricum dozez bacterii si voi doza inca cel putin 2-3 luni (perioada estimata de mine in care se vor coloniza pietrele 100%)<br />  Un surplus la ciclarea cu dulce este ca am scapat de orice vierme plat sah alt parazit.<br /> Prin rabdarea lui Nicu, am reusit sa imi populez acvariul cu gamarus, vreau sa pun si copepode dar inca nu am gasit.<br /> Arunc de 2-3 ori pe saptamana mancare uscata sa produca amoniac, sambata voi mai face teste si le urc pe forum.<br /> La ciclare am folosit apa de osmoza, cel mai indicat era de izvor, da mno ... + bacterii<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

Vino cu argumente si discutam. <br /> <br /> In plus de asta citatul in limba engleza este dintr-o lucrare de specialitate din anii 2000, referitoare la <br /> proiectarea filtrelor biologice, si acolo este citata lucrarea din 1965, daca intre timp se descoperea altceva <br /> cu siguranta autorii lucrarii ar fi stiut, asta e jobul lor. Filtrarea biologica si filtrarea in general in sisteme <br /> cu recirculare (RAS) este o stiinta exacta, nu e o ghicitoare. <br /> <br /> Special blend, Biodigest si orice alte solutii comeciale cu bacterii contin diverse tulpini, atat pentru apa <br /> sarata cat si pentru apa dulce. The proportion of free-living cells detected using FISH varied widely (3-80%); the majority of cells detected belonged to bacteria, whereas Archaea represented &lt;3%. Distribution of the different members of bacteria exhibited a clear pattern along the salinity gradient, dominated by a-proteobacteria in the lower, salt water regions and by b-proteobacteria in the upper, freshwater regions. The Cytophaga-Flavobacterium cluster prevailed in the turbidity max. in the middle estuary, and g-proteobacteria showed sporadic peaks along the transect which may be related to local events. Replacing a- for b-proteobacteria along the salinity gradient was not gradual; it occurred rapidly within the turbidity max. region of estuaries where freshwater and salt water mix. The phylogenetic succession pattern was linked to development of the turbidity max., which was related to rainfall and ensuing hydrol. conditions. The East Hill Bridge sediments appear to support the full range of methanogen phenotypes with some genotypes similar to those previously detected at Colne Point. However, no Marine Benthic Group D or halophilic archaeal genotypes, both abundant in gene libraries at Colne Point, were detected at East Hill Bridge. Clones related to Methanosarcina and Methanocorpusculum were detected only at East Hill Bridge while clones closely related to Methanoculleus and Methanococcoides were detected only at Colne Point. The most common clones in the East Hill Bridge library were closely related to the obligate acetate-utilizing Methanosaeta concilii, suggesting they may be important methanogens in these sediments. Clones that group closely with M. concilii appear to be ubiquitous in freshwater sediments and we suggest that they are prime candidates for a globally important acetoclastic methanogenic group. Comparisons to previously published data revealed that this coastal bacterioplankton clone library was dominated by SSU rRNA gene phylotypes originally described from surface waters of the open ocean, but also revealed unique SSU rRNA gene lineages of b-Proteobacteria related to those found in clone libraries from freshwater habitats. b-Proteobacteria lineages common to coastal and freshwater samples included members of a clade of obligately methylotrophic bacteria, SSU rRNA genes affiliated with Xylophilus ampelinus, and a clade related to the genus Duganella. In addn., SSU rRNA genes were recovered from such previously recognized marine bacterioplankton SSU rRNA gene clone clusters as the SAR86, SAR11, and SAR116 clusters within the class Proteobacteria, the Roseobacter clade of the a subclass of the Proteobacteria, the marine group A/SAR406 cluster, and the marine Actinobacteria clade. 				<description><![CDATA[ Din punctul meu de vedere, indiferent ce bazin pornesti sau resetezi tot va declansa o ciclare (oricat de mica ar fi) <br /> Faptul ca o roca de recif sta mai multe zile in apa dulce nu face altceva decat sa dilueze foarte-foarte mult tot ce inseamna ''daunatori'' (silicati sau fosfati de exemplu). Desigur, sunt de acord ca odata mutata piatra in mediu salin incepe ciclarea propriu-zisa intr-o forma tipica mediului nou insa, piatra fiind ''spalata'' avem tendinta de a crede ca ciclarea este aproape inexistenta, confundand faptul ca noul bazin a trecut printr-o carantina si am sa va dau un exemplu babesc: <br /> Am costruit niste frag-plugs si: <br /> - o parte ne-am pus direct in bazin dipa ce s-au uscat. Rezultat: au prins alge rapid, chiar si ciano <br /> - o parte le-am pastrat intr-un recipient cu apa dulce. Ai pompa reglabila? <br /> <br /> Important nu este volumul de apa din display (sau este in subsidiar) <br /> important este debitul de recirculare, in functie de el ar trebui sa <br /> dimensionezi skimmerul. Sa zicem ca recircularea este de 3500 de litri <br /> pe ora (ar fi indicat sa fie atat  :) ) in cazul asta nu ai nevoie de un skimmer <br /> care sa aiba debit de apa mai mare de 3500 de litri pe ora, ce e in plus nu <br /> va face mare diferenta. Pe de alta parte nici mult mai mic debitul nu ar <br /> trebui sa fie, adica nu cred ca ar trebui sa scazi sub jumatate din debitul de <br /> recirculare. Sper  :-D <br /> <br /> O seara placuta, <br /> Dragos<br /> <br /> LE m-am uitat acum sa vad ce skimmer ai, ATI 250 IS, care are reglaj electronic <br /> pentru debitul de aer. Daca te referi la aer e bine sa ai cat mai mult aer, totusi <br /> nu e indicat sa supra skimmezi. Bazinul fiind la inceput in partea de ciclare poti sa <br /> lasi aerul la maxim. ]]></description>
